Short-term objectives

In the short term, we would like to:

·          Increase our client base progressively and cope with the demand in the market;

·          Employ more staff progressively as the business grows, particularly targeting those from the HDIs;

·          Strengthen our process of building excellent business relationships in the business community; and

·          Strive to keep the company competitive in the market by being very professional in managing our clients and the services we provide. 

 Medium to Long-term Objectives

In the medium to long term, we would like to achieve the following:

·          Participate in Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment deals that are aimed at increasing the involvement of Historically Disadvantaged Individuals;

·          Develop sustainable strategic alliances with members in the business community;

·          Adopt a strategy of increasing our client base; and

·          Expand our business activities in all provinces of South Africa.
